Claims (6)
- 입력신호의 주파수를 변경하는 분수 분주기(fractional divider), 상기 입력신호와 기준 주파수를 갖는 신호의 위상차를 검출하는 위상검출기, 전하펌프가 집적되며, 분주비의 역수인 분주값이 고정된 FS(Fractional Synthesizer)소자;상기 FS 소자에 상기 입력신호를 공급하며, 메인 코일과 FM(Frequency Modulation) 코일을 포함하는 YIG 발진기;상기 메인 코일의 전류값을 변화시키는 디지털/아날로그 변환기(D/A converter); 및상기 FS 소자에 입력되는 상기 기준 주파수를 변경시키는 주파수 변경부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위프(sweep) 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 주파수 변경부는 직접디지털 주파수합성기(Direct Digital Synthesizer; DDS)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위프 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 직접디지털 주파수합성기의 주파수는 아래 식에 의해 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위프 장치.FDDS = FVCO /(4N)(여기서, FDDS는 직접디지털 주파수합성기의 주파수, FVCO는 상기 발진기의 주파수, N은 분주값)
