Claims (3)
- 판상의 몸체(51)가 골(52)과 산(53)의 연속된 형상으로 일정한 피치(PF)를 가지도록 절첩 형성됨과 아울러 상기 몸체(51)의 측벽에 다수개가 일정한 피치(PL)를 가지도록 형성된 루버(54)를 갖는 열교환기용 핀에 있어서,상기 산(53)의 곡률반경을 R이라고 하고, 상기 피치(PF)의 절반 피치를 (PH)라고 할 때, 상기 곡률반경(R)을 상기 절반 피치(PH)의 0.5배보다 크거나 같고 상기 절반 피치(PH)의 0.65배 보다 작거나 같게 한 다음식 0.5PH≤R≤0.65PH를 만족하고,상기 몸체(51)의 한쪽 산(53)들을 연결한 선분(l1)과, 다른쪽 산(53)들을 연결한 선분(l2)들의 최단 거리인 핀높이를 H이라 하고, 상기 루버(54)의 길이를 L이라고 할 때, 상기 루버(54)의 길이(L)를 핀높이(H)의 0.85배보다 같거나 핀높이(H)의 0.95배 보다 같거나 작게 한 다음식, 0.85H≤L≤0.95H를 만족하며,상기 핀높이(H) 방향과 상기 선분 방향에 대해 각각 직각을 이루는 방향을 상기 몸체(51)의 핀폭(W)이라 할 때, 상기 루버(54)의 피치(PL)는 상기 핀폭(W)의 1.4%보다 크거나 같고 상기 핀폭(W)의 2.4%보다 작거나 같게 하도록 만족하며,상기 몸체(51)와 상기 루버(54) 사이에 형성되는 경사각(θ)은 30°(도)∼34°(도)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 핀.
