Claims (15)
- 다수개의 원료탱크;상기 원료탱크에서 각각 공급되는 원료를 혼합하는 교반부;상기 교반부에서 공급되는 혼합물을 노즐을 이용해 운반 가스 및 활성재인 산소(O2)와 혼합 분사하여 혼합물을 정제시켜 불순물을 제거한 후 고온 및 소성을 진행시키는 건조부; 및상기 건조부에서 배출된 건조물을 저장하는 저장부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 운반 가스는 질소(N2) 또는 아르곤(Ar) 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 건조부는 내부 혼합형 또는 외부 혼합형 중 선택된 어느 하나를 이용해 혼합 원료를 분사하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조장치.
- 1) Fe, Ni, Co 혹은 이들 전구체, 알루미늄(Al) 혹은 전구체, Mg 혹은 전구체, 몰리브덴(Mo) 혹은 전구체 및 암모니아수(Ammonia)에 대해 선택된 촉매제조군을 각각 개별적으로 공급하게 하는 단계;2) 1)단계에서 공급된 다수개의 원료를 혼합하는 단계;3) 혼합 원료를 액체상태로 분무하여 고온상태에서 건조 및 소성하는 단계; 및4) 3)단계에 의해 건조되어 발생된 촉매를 저장하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 2)단계에서 원료의 혼합시간은 20 ~ 24시간 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 3)단계에는 분사되는 혼합 원료를 200 ~ 1100℃ 이내로 건조하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 3)단계에서는 혼합 원료의 분사를 20ml/h ~ 2l/h 이내의 속도로 건조로 내부로 분사하여 자유낙하시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 3)단계에서는 혼합원료를 운반가스 및 활성재인 산소(O2)를 노즐을 통해 혼합 분사하여 상기 활성재를 통해 상기 혼합원료를 정제시켜 불순물을 제거하게 하며, 상기 운반가스는 질소(N2) 또는 아르곤(Ar) 중 선택된 어느 하나로 이루어지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분무 열분해 방식을 이용한 탄소나노튜브용 촉매 제조방법.
