Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 조성을 가지며, 리튬을 과량 함유하고 니켈은 2가 이상의 평균 산화수를 가짐으로써 고율 충방전 조건에서 향상된 레이트 특성을 나타내는 리튬 혼합 전이금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질:Li1+aNi'bNi"cMnd CoeO2 (1)상기 식에서,1.1 ≤(1+a)/(b+c+d+e) < 1.3;각 전이금속 원소의 평균 산화수는 Ni'>2+, Ni"=3+, Mn=4+, 및 Co=3+이며;0 ≤ e ≤ 0.1;0.2 < b+c ≤ 0.55, 0.2 < d ≤ 0.55; 및|(b+c)-d| < 0.1 이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물에서 전이금속에 대한 Li의 몰분율은 1.10 ~ 1.20인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (b+c) : d의 비율은 1 : 0.7 ~ 1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화물은 니켈-망간-(코발트) 수산화물 전구체와 탄산리튬의 반응에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 양극 활물질을 포함하는 것으로 구성된 리튬 이차전지.
