- 사출 성형기의 취출로봇(200)으로부터 이송된 사출물(100)을 안착시키기는 고정지그(300)와,상기 고정지그(300)에 안착된 상기 사출물(100)의 게이트(101) 및 버(102)를 제거하기 위한 것으로 위치보정장치(401), 레이저조사장치(402) 및 화염처리장치(403)를 탑재한 사출물 처리 로봇(400)과,상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)에 의해 지정된 작업이 완료되면 상기 사출물(100)을 컨베이어 벨트(600)로 이재시키기 위한 이송지그(500)와,상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)의 전단에 탑재되며 상기 고정지그(300)에 안착된 상기 사출물(100)의 형상과 위치를 매회 측정하여 그 오차값을 산출하고 이를 상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)에 전송하여 상기 사출물(100) 및 사출물 처리 로봇(400)의 상대좌표가 일정하게 유지되도록 하는 상기 위치보정장치(401)와,상기 위치보정장치(401)에 의해 상기 사출물(100)의 형상과 위치가 파악된 후 상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)이 자세를 보정하면 상기 사출물(100)에 붙어있는 게이트(101)를 제거하는 상기 레이저조사장치(402)와,상기 레이저조사장치(402)에 의해 게이트(101)를 제거한 후 상기 이송지그(500)가 상기 사출물(100)을 일정 각도로 틸팅(Tilting)하면 파팅라인(Parting line)을 따라 상기 사출물(100)에 붙어있는 버(102)를 제거하는 상기 화염처리장치(403)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출물 자동화 처리장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)은 상기 사출물(100)의 3차원의 입체적 형상과 곡면을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 다관절 로봇을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출물 자동화 처리장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 위치보정장치(401)는 주변의 조도에 관계없이 항상 일정하게 조도를 유지하면서 측정이 가능한 LED방식의 적외선 조명과, 상기 사출물(100)의 형상 및 위치를 촬영하면서 데이터를 산출하기 위한 비젼카메라로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출물 자동화 처리장치.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 레이저조사장치(402)는 레이저 조사시 상기 사출물(100)에 전달되는 고온의 열을 동시에 냉각시키기 위한 에어분사장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출물 자동화 처리장치.
- 사출 성형기의 취출로봇(200)에 의해 사출물(100)을 고정지그(300)에 안착시키는 단계와,상기 고정지그(300)에 안착된 사출물(100)을 위치보정장치(401)의 비젼카메라 및 적외선 조명을 통해 상기 사출물(100)의 형상 및 위치를 파악하는 단계와,상기 위치보정장치(401)에 의해 산출된 상기 사출물(100)에 관한 데이터가 사출물 처리 로봇(400)에 전송될 경우 상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400) 및 사출물(100)의 상대좌표가 일치되도록 상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)의 위치를 보정하는 단계와,상기 사출물 처리 로봇(400)의 위치가 보정될 경우 레이저조사장치(402)로 상기 사출물(100)의 게이트(101)를 제거하는 단계와,상기 게이트(101)를 제거한 후 이송지그(500)가 상기 사출물(100)을 틸팅한 상태에서 화염처리장치(403)가 파팅라인을 따라 상기 사출물(100)에 붙어있는 버(102)를 제거하는 단계와,상기 작업이 완료되면 상기 이송지그(500)를 활용하여 상기 사출물(100)을 컨베이어 벨트(600)로 이재하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출물 자동화 처리방법.
