Claims (6)
- 미세철분이 포함된 압연유가 수용되는 탱크(11) 상에 설치되는 프레임(20)과;상기 프레임(20)에 수직방향으로 지지된 상태에서 탱크(11) 외부에 위치된 승강수단(35)에 의해 상기 탱크(11) 내부 또는 상부에 위치되도록 승강되며, 자성력을 갖는 표면에 미세철분이 부착되도록 패널형상으로 구비된 마그네틱유니트(30)와;상기 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면에 대해 횡방향으로 위치되도록 상기 프레임(20)의 일측에 설치되는 판형의 부재로서, 상기 승강되는 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면에 접촉 또는 이격을 반복하며 상기 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면에 접촉된 상태에서 미세철분을 분리해 내는 스크레이퍼(51)와, 상기 스크레이퍼(51)의 하부에 위치되어 분리된 미세철분을 수집 또는 이송하기 위한 슈트(52)로 이루어진 스크레이퍼유니트(50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱유니트(30)는 사각형상의 테두리를 형성하는 유니트프레임(31)과, 상기 유니트프레임(31)의 내측에 길이방향으로 나란히 접촉 또는 이격되어 결합되는 다수의 마그네틱바아(32)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱바아(32)는 원형 단면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱바아(32)는 다이아몬드 형상으로 형성되고,인접하는 마그네틱바아(32) 사이에는 압연유의 하향 흐름을 용이하게 하는 경사부(33)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네틱유니트(30) 및 승강수단(35)은 다수로 구비되고,상기 각각의 승강수단(35)은 복수의 마그네틱유니트(30)를 일체로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼(51)는 상기 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면에 접촉 또는 이격을 반복하도록 회동수단(53)에 의해 회동되고, 상기 스크레이퍼(51)의 선단부는 상기 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면과 잘 밀착되도록 상기 마그네틱유니트(30)의 표면에 대응된 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압연유 미세철분 제거장치.
