Claims (3)
- 열연코일을 산세하는 공정 중 발생하는 고순도 미세 산화철을 진공탈가스설비로 운반하는 단계와;상기 운반된 산화철을 평량기가 갖추어진 디스펜서를 통해 평량한 후 상기 산화철과 분생석회를 섞어 혼합물을 제조하는 단계와;상기 제조된 혼합물을 진공탈가스설비중 진공조 내부로 수냉랜스를 통해 취입하여 용강중 불순물인 인성분을 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공탈가스설비에서 고순도 산화철을 이용한 용강탈린방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물을 제조하는 단계에서 분생석회와 섞여지는 산화철은 전체 중량대비 30~35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공탈가스설비에서 고순도 산화철을 이용한 용강탈린방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인성분을 제거하는 단계는 아르곤가스와 같은 불활성가스를 운반가스로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 진공탈가스설비에서 고순도 산화철을 이용한 용강탈린방법.
