Description
Claims (7)
- 피씨비와, 그리고 구동마그넷을 포함하는 고정자로 이루어진 구동부;상기 구동부와 인서트사출에 의하여 일체로 형성되며, 외측에는 방사상으로 형성되고 볼트홀을 갖는 결합부 및 수용부를 포함하여 이루어진 BMC 하우징;상기 BMC 하우징의 수용부에 배열되는 원통형상의 피수용부와,상기 피수용부 상부에 연결된 플랜지와,상기 플랜지 외측에는 상기 볼트홀과 연통되는 결합공을 갖는 대응결합부와, 그리고상기 대응결합부 하부에는 상기 결합공 주위를 감싸며 내주면이 후방을 향해 경사진 슬리브(sleeve)를 포함하며,상기 BMC 하우징과 인서트사출에 의하여 일체로 성형되는 디비젼하우징(division housing);상기 피수용부 내측에 배열되고 중공부를 갖는 종동마그넷을 포함하는 종동부;상기 종동마그넷의 중공부에 배열되는 임펠러; 및상기 임펠러 전방에 배열되고, 흡입부와 토출부를 갖는 캡;을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 플랜지의 외경은 상기 BMC 하우징과 상기 디비젼하우징이 결합되는 경우 상기 BMC 하우징 외경보다 넓은 대경부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브 하부에는 테이퍼가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브 외주면은 상광하협(上廣下狹) 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디비젼하우징의 플랜지 하면부에는 상기 피수용부에 대하여 동심원을 이루는 복수의 스테이지(stage)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 캡 내측 상부에는 방사상으로 고정리브가 형성되고, 상기 디비젼하우징의 피수용부 내측 저면에는 축고정부가 형성되어,상기 임펠러를 위한 종동결합축 양단이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 축고정부 내측에는 평면부가 형성되고,상기 종동결합축에는 상기 평면부에 대응하는 절개부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서트사출시 품질향상을 위한 디비젼하우징이 구비된 BLDC 펌프.
