Abstract
Description
상기 고정커버(38)는 상기 고정체(32) 상부 외주면에 내접하고, 상기 고정커버 상부는 중심을 향해 경사진 절곡부(38a)가 형성되어 상기 구동마그넷(36)의 상부에 접하여 가압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이 바람직하다.

- 회전자(12)와 고정자(14)를 포함하는 모터(10);상기 모터(10)를 수용하는 하우징(20);상기 모터(10)의 회전자(12)의 구동축(12a)을 위한 결합부(32b), 삽입부(32a) 및 리세스(recess)(32c)를 갖는 고정체(32)와,상기 고정체(32)에 수용되며 상기 삽입부(32a)와 결합되는 대응삽입부(36a)를 갖는 구동마그넷(36)을 포함하고,인서트사출에 의하여 일체로 성형되는 구동어셈블리(30);상기 구동어셈블리(30) 고정체(32)의 리세스(32c)에 삽입되는 수용부(42)를 갖고 상기 하우징(20)에 결합되는 격막(40);상기 격막(40)의 수용부(42)에 위치하는 종동마그넷(56)과,상기 종동마그넷(56)을 감싸는 외피(54)와, 그리고상기 외피(54)와 일체로 형성된 임펠러(52)를 포함하고, 인서트사출에 의하여 일체로 성형되는 종동어셈블리(50); 및상기 하우징(20)에 결합되어 상기 격막(40)과의 사이에서 펌핑공간(S)을 형성하고, 흡입구(62)와 토출구를 갖는 캡(60);을 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 종동어셈블리(50)에서 상기 외피(54)에는 끼움부(54a)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 종동마그넷(56)에는 대응끼움부(56a)가 형성되고,상기 구동어셈블리(30)에서 상기 고정체(32)의 상부에는 고정커버(38)가 더 결합되어 있으며,상기 구동어셈블리(30)는 상기 고정체(32) 하부에 일체로 인서트사출된 홀더(33)를 더 포함하고, 상기 홀더(33)에는 상기 모터(10) 회전자(12)의 구동축(12a)을 위한 상기 결합부(32b)가 구비되고,상기 홀더(33)는 중앙에 환홈부(33a)를 갖고, 상기 환홈부(33a) 상하에는 환형림(33b)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 환형림(33b)에는 널링(knurling)부(33c)가 형성되어 있으며,상기 고정체(32)의 외주면에는 보강살(34)이 더 형성되어 있고,상기 고정커버(38)는 상기 고정체(32) 상부 외주면에 내접하고, 상기 고정커버 상부는 중심을 향해 경사진 절곡부(38a)가 형성되어 상기 구동마그넷(36)의 상부에 접하여 가압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인서터사출로 제조되는 구동어셈블리를 구비한 마그네틱 펌프.
