- 기재시트를 포함하는 반제품 상에 자성 입자를 함유하는 코팅액을 코팅하여, 기재시트 및 코팅층을 포함하는 코팅체를 제조하는 단계;자석의 코어와, 상기 코어의 외주연에 형성된 비자성체의 쉘을 가지는 자력의 엠보 롤에 상기 코팅체를 통과시키되, 상기 엠보 롤에 기재시트가 밀착되도록 통과시켜, 상기 자성 입자가 엠보 형상으로 코팅층에 분포되도록 하는 단계; 및상기 코팅층을 건조시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 비자성체의 쉘에는 엠보를 형성시키기 위한 요홈부 및 돌기부가 형성되어 있되, 상기 요홈부의 깊이는 돌기부 길이의 30 ~ 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 코팅체를 제조하는 단계는,반제품 상에 1차 코팅액을 코팅하는 단계 a); 및 상기 1차 코팅액 상에 2차 코팅액을 코팅하는 단계 b)를 포함하되,상기 1차 코팅액은 아크릴 폴리올계 수지 50.0 ~ 85.0 중량부, 소광제 2.0 ~ 8.0 중량부, 용제 10.0 ~ 40.0 중량부, 침전방지제 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부 및 유연제 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부를 함유한 주제; 폴리이소시아네이트 40.0 ~ 70.0 중량부, 경화 촉진제 2.0 ~ 30.0 중량부 및 용제 20.0 ~ 50.0 중량부를 함유한 경화제; 및 자성 입자 65 ~ 85중량부 및 용제 15 ~ 35중량부를 함유한 자성 입자 페이스트를 포함하고,상기 2차 코팅액은 폴리에스테르계 수지 25.0 ~ 60.0 중량부, 멜라민계 수지 15.0 ~ 40.0 중량부, 소광제 2.0 ~ 8.0 중량부, 용제 10.0 ~ 40.0 중량부, 침전방지제 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부 및 유연제 0.5 ~ 5.0 중량부를 함유한 주제; 술폰산계 40.0 ~ 70.0 중량부, 경화 촉진제 2.0 ~ 30.0 중량부 및 용제 20.0 ~ 50.0 중량부를 함유한 경화제; 및 자성 입자 65 ~ 85중량부 및 용제 15 ~ 35중량부를 함유한 자성 입자 페이스트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 1차 코팅액은 주제, 경화제 및 자성 입자 페이스트를 5 ~ 25 : 2 ~ 12 : 0.5 ~ 5.0의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 2차 코팅액은 주제, 경화제 및 자성 입자 페이스트를 10 ~ 30 : 1 ~ 10 : 0.5 ~ 5.0의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 자성 입자는 철, 니켈, 코발트 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 자성 입자의 크기는 1㎛ ~ 15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 비자성체의 쉘은 비자성의 금속재 또는 세라믹재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 비자성의 금속재는 알루미늄, 주석, 구리 또는 이들의 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보시트의 제조방법.
