Abstract
Description
광촉매 분사노즐(100)의 일측 또는 양측의 냉기 분사노즐(200)을 통해 냉각기(220)에 의해 냉각된 냉기(0℃ ~ 4℃의 온도)가 분사된다.
Claims (3)
- 80℃ ~ 300℃의 온도로 가열된 광촉매가 6.5kg/cm² ~ 9.5kg/cm²압력으로 분사되기 위해 원형의 광촉매 연결대에서 내측 중심부를 향하도록 다수 구비되는 광촉매 분사노즐;상기 광촉매 연결대와 접하도록 형성된 원형의 냉기 연결관에서 내측 중심부를 향하도록 다수 구비되되, 상기 광촉매 분사노즐의 사이 사이에 위치하도록 구비되며, 0℃ ~ 4℃의 온도로 되는 냉기가 6.5kg/cm² ~ 9.5kg/cm²의 압력으로 분사되기 위한 냉기 분사노즐;로 이루어지며,상기 광촉매 연결대 및 냉기 연결관의 중심측에서 회전하는 대상물에 상기 냉기 분사노즐에서 냉기가 분사된 후 시간차를 두고 광촉매 분사노즐에서 광촉매가 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매 분사 코팅 장치.
