Claims (5)
- 판상의 배플판부(10) 및 상기 배플판부(10)의 길이방향 양측면에 일체로 형성된 각각의 지지링(20)을 일체로 사출성형하고,금형의 냉각관(210)에 삽입시켜 이를 구획하며,상기 지지링(20) 중 어느 일측에는 결합돌기(30)가 형성되고, 다른 일측에는 결합홈(31)이 형성되어 상기 냉각관(210)의 길이에 따라 냉각배플부재(100)를 복수개 결합하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 냉각 배플부재.
- 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 배플판부(10)의 상,하면에는 적어도 하나 이상의 지지편(11)이 돌출되어 상기 냉각관(210)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 냉각배플부재.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 배플판부(10)의 길이방향 일측면에는 결합돌기부(40)가 형성되고, 다른 일측면에는 결합홈부(41)가 더 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 냉각 배플부재.
- 청구항 1항에 있어서, 상기 배플판부(10)에는 눈금표시부(12)가 형성되어 상기 냉각관(210)의 길이에 따라 절단하여 사용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형의 냉각배플부재.
