Abstract
Description
이것은 붕소 제거용 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 본 발명이 셀룰로오즈 섬유를 기본 재료로 하고 여기에 글리시딜메타크릴레이트 등과 같은 다른 성분을 혼합시키기 위한 것이다.
Claims (4)
- 증류수에 셀룰로오즈 섬유(Cellulose fiber), 글리시딜메타크릴레이트(Glycidyl methacrylate), 소듐-도데실 설페이트(Sodiumn-dodecyl sulfate), 과산화수소가 1중량%의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 과산화수소용액(aqueous hydrogen peroxide) 및 티오유레아다이옥사이드가 5중량%의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 티오유레아다이옥사이드용액(aqueous thiourea dioxide)을 융합시키는 제1융합 단계;상기 제1융합에 의해 형성된 제1융합물을 건조시키는 단계;상기 건조된 제1융합물을 비닐 모노머(vinyl monomer) 및 N-메틸글루카민(N-methylglucamine)과 함께 증류수에 넣고 융합시키는 제2융합 단계; 및상기 제2융합에 의해 형성된 제2융합물을 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 해수중의 붕소(boron) 제거용 조성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1융합물과 비닐 모노머는 1:1의 중량비로 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수중의 붕소 제거용 조성물 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 비닐 모노머와 N-메틸글루카민은 1:7 내지 1:8의 중량비로 융합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수중의 붕소 제거용 조성물 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1융합 단계는 60℃에서 1시간 30분 동안 융합시키고, 상기 제2융합 단계는 80℃에서 15시간 동안 융합시키며, 상기 제1융합물 또는 제2융합물을 건조시키는 것은 20℃에서 15시간 동안 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수중의 붕소 제거용 조성물 제조 방법.
