Claims (16)
- 화학 원소 M, 이테르븀, 툴륨, 산소 및 황을 서로에 대해 하기 화학식 (I)에 상응하는 상대적인 몰 비로 포함하며, 여기서 M은 이트륨, 가돌리늄 및 란타늄으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며 x + y + z = 1, x>0, y>0 그리고 z≥0.0025인 안티-스토크스 형광 물질 조성물.(Mx, Yby, Tmz)2O2S (I)
- 제 1항에 있어서, z는 0.0025-0.03 범위 내임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, y는 0.15-0.3범위내임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 부가적인 화학 원소를 Yb에 대하여 1000wppm이하의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 부가적인 화학 원소는 추가의 희토류 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 추가의 희토류 금속은 디스프로시움 및 사마리움의 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.

- 제 11항에 있어서, 소결은 800-1300℃의 소결 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 산화물중 적어도 하나는 상기 소결 조건하에서 산화물로 전환되는 전구체 화합물의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 표지 물품을 형성하도록 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 갖는 물품을 제공함으로써 물품의 인증용으로 사용되는 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 표지 물품은 IR 방사선으로 방사되고 표지 물품에 의해 방출되는 방사선을 분석하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 표지 물품.
