Claims (1)
- 피용접물인 2개의 알루미늄봉(3)(4)을 엑스자형태로 중첩시켜 놓고, 그 상하측에 (+),(-)전극(1)(2)을 가압 접촉시킨 후 양 전극(1)(2)간에 일정한 용접전류를 통전함으로써 접촉저항 및 피용접물자체의 비저항에 의해 발생하는 저항열을 이용하여 2개의 알루미늄봉(3)(4)을 서로 용접하게 되는 알루미늄봉의 전기저항용접방법에 있어서,상기 2개의 알루미늄봉(3)(4)의 상하측에 가압 접촉되는 양 전극(1)(2)의 일측에 가스분사노즐(5)을 설치하여 용접전류의 통전시 2개의 알루미늄봉(3)(4)이 용접되는 부위에 가스분사노즐(5)을 통하여 토출유량을 25 L/Min으로 불활성가스(6)를 분사함으로써 알루미늄봉의 전기저항용접시 발생하게 되는 굉음의 폭발음과 스프레쉬를 방지하면서 2개의 알루미늄봉을 견고하게 용접할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄봉의 전기저항용접방법.
