Claims (4)
- 런-플랫 타이어를 구성하는 타이어 지지체에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 발포체인 플라스틱 탄성 중합체를 롤 형태로 적층하여 접착시킨 후 외측은 타이어의 내측면과 같은 형상이 되게 하고, 내측은 휠 림에 닿게 되는 돌기부를 형성하여 타이어 지지체를 제작하며, 상기 타이어 지지체는 휠 림의 외측에 돌기부가 닿게 끼워주는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 타이어 지지체.
- 런-플랫 타이어를 구성하는 타이어 지지체에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 발포체인 플라스틱 탄성 중합체와 지지보강 시트를 순차적으로 롤 형태로 적층하여 접착시킨 후 외측은 타이어의 내측면과 같은 형상이 되게 하고, 내측은 휠 림에 닿게 되는 돌기부를 형성하여 타이어 지지체를 제작하며, 상기 타이어 지지체는 휠 림의 외측에 돌기부가 닿게 끼워주는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 타이어 지지체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 플라스틱 탄성 중합체는 고내열 PP가교발포체를 포함한 다양한 폴리올레핀계 발포체인 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 타이어 지지체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 지지보강 시트는 다층구조의 보강용 타포린 및 기능성 필름층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경량 타이어 지지체.
