Claims (6)
- 엔진의 운전조건이 일정한 아이들 상태로 동작하고 있을 때 DPF필터 내의 매연을 제거하는 서비스 재생 구간에서, 배기가스 유량인 Gexh, DPF필터 내부의 압력인 Pfilt, DPF필터 내부의 온도인 Texh, DPF필터 내부의 산소농도인 O2, DPF필터의 전단과 후단간의 차압인 dP를 측정하는 제1단계와,운전시간과 운전조건의 함수로 된 차압모델에 상기에서 측정한 Gexh, Pfilt, Texh, dP를 적용하여 매연 퇴적량인 Msoot을 산출하는 제2단계와,DPF필터 내부 차압의 시간 감소율을 이용하여 상기 서비스 재생 구간에서의 매연 퇴적량인 Msoot _1을 산출하는 제3단계와,상기에서 산출한 Msoot 과 Msoot _1의 차이를 비교하여 보정 초기차압인 dP0'를 산출하는 제4단계와,상기 차압모델을 이용해 매연 퇴적량 Msoot을 산출하는 경우, 상기 산출한 보정 초기차압 dP0'을 반영하여 매연 퇴적량 Msoot을 산출하는 제5단계를 포함하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계는, DPF필터의 고유상수를 A, 매연이 쌓이기 직전 최초의 DPF필터의 전단과 후단간의 초기차압을 dP0라고 할 때, 운전시간과 운전조건의 함수로 된 Msoot = A(dP-dP0)Pfilt/(GexhTexh)의 차압모델을 통해 매연 퇴적량인 Msoot을 산출함을 특징으로 하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3단계는, a, b는 농도 몰수, R은 기체상수, Ea는 매연이 발생하는데 필요한 활성화 에너지라 할 때, Msoot _1 = A/(GexhTexh)[[O2]bexp(-Ea/RTexh)]*[Pfilt(dP/dt)-dP0(Pfilt/dt)]에 의하여 상기 서비스 재생 구간에서의 매연 퇴적량인 Msoot _1을 산출하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계는, dP0' = dP0 + (Msoot - Msoot_1)*GexhTexh/(Pfilt/A)에 의하여 보정 초기차압인 dP0'를 산출하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5단계는, Msoot = A(dP-dP0)Pfilt/(GexhTexh)의 차압모델에, 초기차압인 dP0 대신에 상기 제4단계에서 산출한 보정 초기차압 dP0'을 반영 대입하여 매연 퇴적량 Msoot을 산출하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서비스 재생 구간에서는 배기가스 유량 Gexh, DPF필터 내부의 온도 Texh, DPF필터 내부의 산소농도인 O2가 일정 상수값으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 매연포집필터의 매연퇴적량 산출 방법.
