Claims (2)
- 하이브리드 차량용 인버터의 캐패시터 보호 방법에 있어서,하이브리드 차량의 모터에 고속운전중 장애(fault)가 발생하면, 상기 인버터에 영전압 벡터를 인가하여, 상기 인버터의 스위칭 소자와 모터 등가회로가 폐회로를 형성하는 단계와;엔진 구동모드 상태에서 엔진회전에 의한 역기전력이 모터에 발생되는 단계와, 역기전력이 모터 등가회로를 통하여 인버터로 흐름과 함께 상기 폐회로에서 소모되는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 인버터의 캐패시터 보호 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인버터에 영 전압 벡터를 인가 시, IGBT의 스트레스를 저감하기 위하여 상기 스위칭 소자들을 상부 및 하부그룹으로 나누어 각 그룹에 교번으로 영 전압 벡터를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량용 인버터의 캐패시터 보호 방법.
