Claims (4)
- API재 및 일반 열연재를 포함한 가열 대상재를 예열대, 가열대 및 균열대를 포함하고, 온도 제어기를 구비한 가열로에서 가열함에 있어서,상기 API재가 상기 가열로에 장입되기 전에 상기 예열대, 가열대, 균열대의 목표 온도를 미리 설정하는 단계;상기 가열로의 온도 제어기에 의해 예열대, 가열대, 균열대의 온도를 상기 목표 온도로 세팅한 후에 상기 예열대, 가열대, 균열대가 목표 온도에 도달될 때까지 가열로를 승온하는 단계; 및상기 목표 온도에 도달한 후에 상기 가열로에 상기 API재를 장입하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 API재 열함량 일정화 조업방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 API재는 상기 온도 제어기에 의해 목표 온도가 세팅된 후 약 40분 경과 후에 장입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 API재 열함량 일정화 조업방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,API재를 상기 가열로에 장입하기 전의 외부 온도가 5℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 API재 열함량 일정화 조업방법.
- API재 및 일반 열연재를 포함하는 가열 대상재를 가열 스케줄에 따라 가열로에서 연속적으로 가열하는 가열 방법에 있어서,상기 가열 스케줄에서 상기 연속 작업시 작업 중단되는 시간을 정하는 단계; 및상기 가열 대상재 중에서 상기 API재는 상기 작업 중단되는 시간에는 가열로 내에 장입되지 않도록 설계하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 API재 열함량 일정화 조업방법.
