Claims (4)
- 중공부(22)와, 상기 중공부(22)를 통해 내부 통로(22a)가 형성되고, 상기 통로(22a) 후방에 단턱부(24)가 형성된 몸체(20);상기 몸체(20) 후방에 배열되고 링형상의 반원형단부를 갖는 링체(32)와,상기 링체(32)의 전면부를 이루고 상기 몸체(20)의 단턱부(24)에 면접하는 결합부(34)와, 그리고상기 결합부(34)에 연결되고 외측으로 만곡지게 절곡되어, 그 내측 정점에 접촉부(36a)가 형성된 절곡부(36)를 포함하여 이루어진 밸브시트(30);상기 몸체(20) 내부에 배열되어 상기 통로(22a)를 개폐하는 원판형상의 디스크(42)와,상기 디스크(42) 일측면에 형성된 연결부(46)에 의하여 결합되고, 상기 디스크(42)의 편심회전을 유도하는 스탬(stem)(44)과, 그리고상기 디스크(42) 외주면에 돌출형성된 만곡부(48)를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 만곡부(48)에 형성되는 정점을 기준으로 양측 경사각이 서로 달리 형성되어, 상기 만곡부(48)의 정점(DP)과 상기 밸브시트(30)의 접촉부(36a)가 선접촉가능하고, 동시에 상기 스탬(44)의 회전중심을 기준으로 하여 상기 만곡부(48)의 정점(DP)이 대편에 위치한 정점과 비대칭적으로 형성된 디스크어셈블리(40); 및상기 몸체(20)의 중공부(22) 후방에 수용되고, 상기 몸체(20)의 단턱부(24)와 면접하는 원반형상의 프레임(52)과,상기 프레임(52) 전면 내측에 형성되어 상기 밸브시트(30)의 결합부(34) 후면을 지지하는 그루브(groove)(54)와, 그리고상기 프레임(52) 내주면에 형성되고 상기 밸브시트(30)의 절곡부(36) 단부를 지지하는 걸림턱(56)으로 형성된 리테이너(retainer)(50);를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 디스크어셈블리(40)에서 상기 만곡부(48)는상기 만곡부(48)의 정점(DP) 일측에 형성되고 완경사를 갖는 제1 경사부(48a)와, 그리고 상기 제1 경사부(48a)에 인접하고 상기 제1 경사부(48a)보다 급경사로 이루어진 제2 경사부(48b)를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 디스크(42)의 두께방향을 기준으로 대편에는 상기 제1 경사부(48a)와 제2 경사부(48b)가 엇갈려 위치하고,상기 몸체(20)의 단턱부(24)와, 상기 리테이너(50)의 프레임(52) 전면 및 상기 밸브시트(30)의 결합부(34) 전면 사이에 배열되어 수밀성을 보장하는 개스킷(gasket)(60)이 더 구비되어 있으며,상기 밸브시트(30)는 수밀성을 보장하기 위한 고무부재이며,상기 프레임(52) 외측에는 상기 몸체(20)의 단턱부(24)와 면접하는 플랜지(52a)가 형성되고, 상기 플랜지(52a)에는 방사상으로 결합공(52b)이 형성되며, 상기 몸체(20)의 단턱부(24)에는 상기 결합공(52b)에 상응하는 대응결합공(24a)이 형성되어 볼트(57)에 의하여 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 디스크어셈블리가 구비된 버터플라이밸브.
