Abstract
Description
상기 인버터 트랜스에 의해 생성된 제1 자속과, 상기 밸런스 트랜스에 의해 생성된 제2 자속이 다른 자로를 형성하고,
상기 인버터 트랜스와 상기 밸런스 트랜스를 구성하는 코어부의 일부를 공유시켜 상기 인버터 트랜스와 상기 밸런스 트랜스가 일체로 구성되며,
상기 인버터 트랜스가 제1 및 제2의 1차 코일, 제1 및 제2의 2차 코일을 갖는 경우, 상기 제1의 1차 코일과 상기 제2의 1차 코일은 상기 밸런스 트랜스의 2차 코일과 연속하여 상기 코어부에 권회되고,
상기 밸런스 트랜스의 1차 코일과 상기 밸런스 트랜스의 2차 코일은 독립적으로 권회되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 인버터 트랜스가 제1 및 제2의 1차 코일, 제1 및 제2의 2차 코일을 갖는 경우, 상기 제1의 1차 코일과 상기 제2의 1차 코일은 상기 밸런스 트랜스의 2차 코일과 연속하여 상기 코어부에 권회되고,
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따른 트랜스 장치는,
상기 인버터 트랜스의 상기 2차 코일은 상기 2차 코일의 축선이 상기 인버터 트랜스의 상기 1차 코일의 축선과 평행이 되도록 배치되고,
상기 밸런스 트랜스는 상기 인버터 트랜스의 상기 1차 코일의 축선상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따른 트랜스 장치는,
상기 1차 코일의 일부가 상기 2차 코일의 축선상에 권회되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시 형태에 따른 트랜스 장치는,
상기 인버터 트랜스의 상기 1차 코일은 상기 인버터 트랜스의 H형의 상기 코어부의 중앙 다리에 권회되고,
상기 인버터 트랜스의 상기 2차 코일은 상기 인버터 트랜스의 I형의 상기 코어부에 권회되며,
상기 밸런스 트랜스의 상기 1차 코일과 2차 코일은 상기 밸런스 트랜스의 E형의 코어부의 중앙 다리에 권회된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 밸런스 트랜스의 1차 코일은 1차 코일끼리 직렬로 접속되며, 상기 직렬로 접속된 양단이 스위칭 회로에 접속된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 실시 형태에 따른 구동 회로는,
상기 트랜스 장치는 적어도 2개의 상기 인버터 트랜스와 적어도 1개의 상기 밸런스 트랜스가 일체로 구성되어 있으며,
상기 2개의 인버터 트랜스의 각 1차 코일은 상기 밸런스 트랜스의 2차 코일에 직렬로 접속된 것을 특징으로 한다.
