Claims (4)
- 하우징 상부와 하우징 하부로 분할되는 하우징의 내부에 히팅케이블용 제어기 기판을 실장하고 충전제로 충전하여 방수 처리함에 있어서,상기 하우징 상부 또는 하우징 하부에 충전제 주입구를 미리 형성하고, 상기 제어기 기판을 상기 하우징 상부 및 하우징 하부의 내부에 실장한 후 상기 하우징 상부 및 하우징 하부를 조립한 상태에서, 미리 액상(液相)으로 만들어진 파라핀 왁스, 폴리우레탄 또는 에폭시 가운데서 선택된 충전제를 조립된 하우징 내부에 상기 충전제 주입구를 통하여 액상으로 충전한 후 고상(固相) 또는 반고상(半固相)으로 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅케이블용 제어기 실링 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 파라핀 왁스는 용융점인 50℃-90℃로 녹여 액상으로 만든 후 상기 주입구를 통해 충전하고 냉각시켜 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅케이블용 제어기 실링 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리우레탄은 폴리올 100중량부에 이소시아네이트류 30 내지 50중량부를 혼합하여 액상의 폴리우레탄을 만든 후 이를 상기 주입구를 통해 충전하여 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅케이블용 제어기 실링 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 에폭시는 액상의 엑폭시 수지 100중량부에 경화제 0.1 내지 10중량부를 첨가하여 상기 주입구를 통해 충전한 후 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅케이블용 제어기 실링 구조.
