Claims (5)
- 구동축과, 상기 구동축에 결합되어 이와 함께 회전되며 둘레에 다수의 실린더가 형성된 실린더 블록과, 일단이 상기 실린더 블록의 실린더 내부에 삽입되고 타단이 상기 실린더 외측으로 돌출된 피스톤들과, 상기 피스톤들의 타단들에 결합되고 상기 실린더 블록의 대응면에 대해 경사지게 설치되며 상기 피스톤이 실린더 내부를 왕복하는 것을 안내하는 슈와, 경사지게 설치된 상기 슈의 일측면 접촉되어서 상기 슈의 회전을 안내하는 사판과, 상기 실린더 블록의 후방에 설치되고 흡입구 및 토출구가 형성되며 상기 피스톤의 작동시 상기 유체를 상기 실린더 내부로 공급하거나 상기 실린더 내부의 유체를 배출시키는 밸브 플레이트로 이루어진 유압 피스톤 펌프에 있어서,상기 밸브 플레이트(13)의 내부에 제1체적(16) 및 제2체적(18)이 각각 형성되고,상기 제1체적(16)은 흡입에서 토출로 전환되는 영역의 실린더에 연결되며,상기 제2체적(18)은 상기 밸브 플레이트(13)의 토출구(15)에 유로(19)로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 피스톤 펌프에서 체적설계를 이용한 압력맥동 저감장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1체적(16) 및 제2체적(18)은,흡입에서 토출로 전환되는 영역의 상기 밸브 플레이트(13) 내에 형성되는 것 을 특징으로 하는 유압 피스톤 펌프에서 체적설계를 이용한 압력맥동 저감장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1체적(16)은,상기 실린더에 오리피스(17)로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 피스톤 펌프에서 체적설계를 이용한 압력맥동 저감장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1체적(16) 및 제2체적(18)은,보조오리피스(20)에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 피스톤 펌프에서 체적설계를 이용한 압력맥동 저감장치.
