Claims (2)
- 레이저절단설비의 절단헤드(6)의 하부에 그 상부가 나사결합되고 내부에 집광렌즈(5)가 장착된 렌즈홀더(11)가 구비되고 그 렌즈홀더(11)의 외주면에는 피동기어(12)가 형성된 이동블럭(10);상기 피동기어(12)와 맞물림되는 구동기어(25)가 마련되고, 그 구동기어(25)는 회전수단(22)과 연결설치되며, 이 회전수단(22)은 브라켓(26)에 고정된 구동부(20) 및상기 이동블럭(10)의 이동거리값을 제어하는 신호를 상기 구동부(20)에 전달하여 집광렌즈(5)의 위치를 조절하는 제어부(30)를 포함하고,상기 이동블럭(10)의 하부에는 하부노즐(8)이 나사결합되고, 하부노즐(8)은 절단헤드(6)와 일정 간격 유지되도록 지지대(9)에 의해 고정되며, 이동블럭(10)은 구동부(20)에 의해 하부노즐(8)과 절단헤드(6) 사이에서 상하로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동초점조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지대(9)에는 피동기어(12)와 맞물리는 홀더지지기어(15)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동초점조정장치.
