Claims (7)
- 성형체 내부의 불균일을 방지하기 위하여 입경이 0.1 내지 0.5μm로 설정된 세라믹 분말을 액체용매에 분산시키고 염을 첨가하여 고체함량이 5 내지 50 부피%이고 세라믹 입자가 아주 약하게 응집된 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;상기 슬러리 내부의 기포를 제거하기 위하여 진공탈포하는 단계;상기 진공탈포된 슬러리를 몰드에 넣고 자연 침강시켜 성형체를 형성시킨 후 상기 성형체 위의 액체 용매를 제거하는 단계;상기 성형체를 건조시키는 단계; 및상기 건조된 성형체를 소결시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 구조물 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 진공탈포하는 단계 전에,상기 슬러리를 원심 침강하여 굵은 입자를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 구조물 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 성형체는 25 내지 35℃의 온도, 30 내지 40%의 습도를 유지한 상태에서 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 구조물 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 및 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 몰드는 몰드 내벽이 폴리머로 코팅된 것을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 구조물 제조방법.
