- MgO 100 중량부에 대해서 융점 900℃ 이하의 저융점 화합물을 2종 이상 혼합하여 0.01~0.5 중량부 첨가하되, 강판간의 분위기 제어를 위한 첨가보조제로서 입자입경 0.5㎛ 이하의 Ti, V, Nb, Cr, Mn의 산화물 중에서 선택된 2종 이상을 MgO 100 중량부에 대해서 0.5~10 중량부 첨가하며,상기 저융점 화합물은 750℃ 이하의 융점을 갖는 화합물이 모든 저융점 화합물중에 30% 이상 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일한 글라스피막과 우수한 자기특성을 갖는 방향성 전기강판용 소둔분리제.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 저융점 화합물은 안티몬 화합물, 아미드화합물, 염화물, 염화 산화물, 염소산염, 크롬산염, 산화물, 브롬화물, 브롬산염, 수산화물, 수소화물, 탄산염, 질화물, 텔루륨산, 바나듐산염, 불소화물, 붕산염, 인산염, 유황화물, 유황산염, 아이오딘화물, 아이오딘소산염 중에서 선택된 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 균일한 글라스피막과 우수한 자기특성을 갖는 방향성 전기강판용 소둔분리제.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 저융점 화합물을 구성하는 원소는 H, Li, Na, K, Cu, Rb, Ag, Cs, Ba, Be, Mg, Ca, Zn, Sr, Cd, Ba, B, Al, Ga, Y, In, Tl, Ti, Ge, Sn, P, V, Nb, Sb, Ta, Bi, S, Cr, Mo, Te, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni 중에서 선택된 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 균일한 글라스피막과 우수한 자기특성을 갖는 방향성 전기강판용 소둔분리제.
- MgO 100 중량부에 대해서 융점 900℃ 이하의 저융점 화합물을 2종 이상 혼합하여 0.01~0.5 중량부 첨가하되, 강판간의 분위기 제어를 위한 첨가보조제로서 입자입경 0.5㎛ 이하의 Ti, V, Nb, Cr, Mn의 산화물 중에서 선택된 2종 이상을 MgO 100 중량부에 대해서 0.5~10 중량부 첨가하며,상기 MgO는 CAA 40% 값 50~120초, 수화수분 1.0~2.5% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 균일한 글라스피막과 우수한 자기특성을 갖는 방향성 전기강판용 소둔분리제.
