분자량 분포를 측정한 결과는 다음의 표 2와 같다. 얻어진 크로마토그램은 도 1에 나타내었다. 또, 분자량 표준품의 크로마토그램에 근거하여 분자량과 용출시간의 관계를 그래프로 작성한 것을 도 2에 나타내었다. 실험 결과 84%에 이르는 대부분의 함유 성분이 분자량 1,000 이하로 확인되었다.
