3.분석결과3. Analysis Results
추출 수율은 유산생성물[블루베리배지]와 블루베리와 비슷한 수율을 보였으나 크랜베리는 50%가량 낮았습니다.동일 농도 (5000 ppm)로 측정한 결과 위의 그래프인 chromatogram을 얻었으며, 이들의 peak area를 합산하여 상대적인 anthocyanin함량을 알아본 결과 유산생성물[블루베리배지]가 블루베리 농축액 보다 약 2.6배 높았으며 크랜베리가 가장 낮았습니다.The extraction yield was similar to that of lactic acid products [blueberry medium] and blueberry, but the cranberry content was 50% lower. The same chromatogram was obtained with the same concentration (5000 ppm) , The relative anthocyanin content was found to be about 2.6 times higher than that of blueberry concentrate and the lowest in cranberry.
