Claims (9)
- 평균입경크기가 다른 2종의 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자가 혼합되어 이중크기분포를 갖고, 상기 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 반복단위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제:[화학식 1]RSiO1.5-x(OH)x상기 R은 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬기, 비닐기 또는 아릴기를 나타내며, x는 0∼1.5 범위임.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자는 평균입경 2∼3.5 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자와 평균입경 4∼6 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 평균입경 2∼3.5 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자와 평균입경 4∼6 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 미립자의 중량비는 3 : 7∼7 : 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제.
- 평균입경크기가 2∼3.5 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 현탁액과 평균입경 4∼6 ㎛인 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 현탁액을 혼합한 후, 건조하는 단계로 이루어지는 이중크기분포를 갖는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 2종의 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 현탁액은 스프레이 드라이어에 동시에 투입하며 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 이중크기분포를 갖는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제를 이용한 광확산판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광확산판은 열가소성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 이중크기분포를 갖는 폴리오가노실세스퀴옥산 확산제 0.1 내지 10 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 염화비닐계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 아크릴-스티렌계 수지, 에스테르계 수지, ABS계 수지 및 폴리카보네이트 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산판.
