Claims (10)
- (a) 2 이상의 맞물림 가능한 모울드 부품을 포함하는 이동 모울드 어셈블리를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 모울드 부품은 맞물린 부분과 맞물리지 않은 부분을 갖는 것인 단계,(b) 맞물리지 않은 부분이 제1 방향으로 이동하고, 맞물린 부분이 제1 방향과 직각인 제2 방향으로 이동하여 종축을 갖는 연장된 재생 모울드 공동을 형성하도록 모울드 부품을 이동시키는 단계로서, 상기 공동은 종축에 대하여 횡단 방향으로 하나 이상의 구조물을 지닌 모울딩 표면을 포함하는 것인 단계,(c) 열경화성 물질을 공동 내로 도입하는 단계,(d) 공동 내의 열경화성 물질을 부분 또는 완전 중합시켜서 상기 공동 내부에 광 가이드를 형성시키는 단계, 및(e) 모울드 어셈블리로부터 광 가이드를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 연장된 광 가이드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모울드 부품은 무한 벨트이고, 열경화성 물질은 모울드 부분의 연속 작동 및 벨트의 제2 말단에서 공동의 제2 말단으로부터 광 가이드의 동시 제거를 허용하는 속도로 벨트의 제1 말단에서 공동의 제1 말단 내로 도입하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모울드 부품의 맞물린 부분과 맞물리지 않은 부분은 공동 내의 열경화성 물질을 완전 중합시키는 속도로 동시에 진행시키는 것인 방법.
