Claims (6)
- 서로 분리된 2개의 직물층으로 이루어진 층분리부분(A,B)과 서로 분리된 2개의 직물층들을 접결하는 접결점(C)으로 구성되며, 상기 층분리부분(A,B)의 조직은 서로 분리된 2개의 평직 직물층을 형성하는 이중직으로서 접결점을 기준으로 좌측 층분리부분(A) 조직과 우측 층분리부분(B)의 조직은 서로 180°회전한 상태이고, 상기 접결점(C)의 조직은 좌측 층분리부분(A)과 우측 층분리부분(B)의 반복 배열에 의해 형성되는 평직이고, 2.5KPa 압력으로 측정한 접결부위의 단위길이당 공기배출량이 0.8ℓ/분·cm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기부품성을 갖는 이중직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 이중직물의 강연도가 3.5kgf 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기부품성을 갖는 이중직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 이중직물을 구성하는 1개 직물층의 두께가 0.5mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기부품성을 갖는 이중직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 이중직물을 구성하는 1개 직물층의 커버팩터가 1,900 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기부품성을 갖는 이중직물.
- 1항에 있어서, 접결점(C)이 2회 이상 반복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기부품성을 갖는 이중직물.
- 1항의 이중직물로 제조한 차량용 에어백.
