Claims (5)
- 터널용 제트팬에 있어서,3매의 알루미늄 합금주조품인 브레이드가 스테인리스재인 허브 내면에 홀더로 조립되어 각도변환이 가능한 임펠러와;상기 임펠러를 정회전 또는 역회전 구동하는 모터부; 및상기 허브와 상기 모터부의 회전축을 직접 연결한 단강재 또는 주강재 보스를 포함하되,상기 브레이드는, 일측에 조립부가 형성되고, 타측 방향으로 점차 넓어지는 사다리꼴 형상의 날개부가 형성되며, 상기 날개부 양쪽 변의 단면 형상은 길이방향으로 이등분하는 중심축에 대하여 한쪽의 말단 상부가 하부에 비해 볼록하게 돌출 형성되고, 다른 한쪽의 말단 하부가 상부에 비해 볼록하게 돌출 형성되어 분류평균속도를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 터널용 제트팬.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 임펠러와 상기 모터부의 소음을 흡수하는 흡음재가 설치된 케이싱부와,상기 임펠러의 전후단에 배치되며 상기 임펠러 측으로 흡입 공기가 원활하게 유입되도록 상기 임펠러의 반대방향으로 점차 좁아지고, 상기 임펠러를 마주보는 측면이 상기 허브의 직경과 동일한 원추형의 소음기 및상기 소음기와 상기 케이싱부 사이에 설치되는 복수개의 지지대를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터널용 제트팬.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허브의 직경과 상기 모터부의 후레임 직경차가 20mm를 벗어나지 않고, 상기 모터의 후레임 직경이 상기 허브 직경 보다 크지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 터널용 제트팬.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 터널용 제트팬은, 공기흡입구 또는 공기토출구의 내경이 1,030mm이고, 외경은 1,200mm이고, 유효분류면적은 0.83㎡이고, 전장은 3,310mm이고, 분류방향은 양방향이고, 전동기 출력은 30kw인 상태에서 분류평균속도는 33m/sec 내지 35.2m/sec이고, 효율은 70% 내지 76%이고, 분류풍량 27.4㎥/sec 내지 29.2㎥/sec이고, 소음은 1.5m에서 85dB(A)인 것을 특징으로 하는 터널용 제트팬.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 터널용 제트팬은, 공기흡입구 또는 공기토출구의 내경이 1,030mm이고, 외경은 1,200mm이고, 유효분류면적은 0.83㎡이고, 전장은 3,310mm 내지 4,900mm이 고, 허브경은 400mm이고, 분류방향은 양방향이고, 전동기 출력은 30kw인 상태에서 분류평균속도는 33m/sec 내지 35.2m/sec이고, 효율은 70% 내지 76%이고, 분류풍량 27.4㎥/sec 내지 29.2㎥/sec이고, 소음은 1.5m에서 85dB(A)인 것을 특징으로 하는 터널용 제트팬.
