Claims (25)
- a. 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리락타이드, 폴리히드록시부티레이트-코-발레레이트, 술폰화 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 및 이들의 블렌드 또는 혼합물을 포함하는 군에서 선택되는 생분해성 부직 재료; 및b. 지방족 폴리에스테르, 폴리락타이드, 폴리히드록시부티레이트-코-발레레이트, 술폰화 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 및 이들의 블렌드 또는 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 것으로서 원래 길이의 100 내지 500 %로 연신된 충전된 생분해성 필름을 포함하고,3000 g/m2/24 hr를 초과하는 수증기 투과율을 갖는,통기성의 생분해 및 퇴비화 가능한 라미네이트 재료.

- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 충전된 생분해성 필름내에 30 내지 60 중량%로 포함되는 것인, 통기성의 생분해 및 퇴비화 가능한 라미네이트 재료.
