- 삭제
- 소성변형이 가능한 중공 파이프 형태의 가로부재(2)에, 횡방향으로 상기 가로부재(2)가 면밀하게 끼워질 수 있는 크기의 결합공(10)이 타공된 다수의 세로부재(4)를 순차적으로 꿰는 단계; 지그로써 상기 가로부재(2)와 상기 세로부재(4)를 고정시키는 단계; 외경이 상기 가로부재(2)의 내경보다 큰 성형추(12)가 상기 가로부재(2)의 내부를 통과하면서 상기 가로부재(2)의 단면적을 확장시켜 소성변형을 일으키도록, 인장력발생장치를 이용하여 상기 성형추(12)를 상기 가로부재(2)의 일측으로부터 타측으로 통과시키는 단계를 포함함으로써; 상기 가로부재(2)로 하여금 상기 세로부재(4)의 결합공(10)의 측벽을 압박하여 서로 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그레이팅의 제조방법.
