Claims (5)
- 밀리미터파를 이용한 음식물 숙성 장치로서,상기 음식물 주변의 온도 또는 상기 음식물 자체의 온도를 감지하는 파라미터 감지모듈;상기 밀리미터파를 발진 및 증폭시켜 상기 음식물에 조사하는 밀리미터파 가열모듈; 및상기 파라미터 감지모듈에서 감지된 온도를 토대로 상기 밀리미터 가열모듈에서 출력되는 밀리미터파의 세기를 제어하는 제어모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 숙성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 밀리미터파 가열모듈은,상기 밀리미터파를 발진하는 밀리미터파 발진부;상기 발진된 밀리미터파의 전력을 증폭하는 증폭부; 및상기 증폭된 밀리미터파를 상기 음식물에 조사하도록 구성된 밀리미터파 전달부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 숙성 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 발진부는,건 다이오드(Gunn Diode)를 이용하여 상기 밀리미터 파를 발진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 숙성 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밀리미터파 전달부는,적어도 하나의 혼(horn) 안테나로 구성되어 상기 전력이 증폭된 밀리미터파를 상기 음식물에 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 숙성 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀리미터 파는,35GHz, 60GHz, 또는 94GHz 중 하나의 주파수 대역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 숙성 장치.
