A system for producing strong electrolyzed water is provided to control automatically the amount of salt water according to the amount of raw water by using an inexpensive apparatus with a simple structure. A system for producing strong electrolyzed water comprises: an electrolyzer(10) including a raw water inlet(12), a strong alkaline water outlet(14), and a strong acidic water outlet(16); a salt water tank(22) including a salt water outlet(25) connected to a branch point branched off from the raw water inlet; and a spraying and atomizing device(100) installed on the branch point, wherein the spraying and atomizing device supplies the salt water that has been controlled according to the amount of raw water into the raw water inlet.
