Claims (5)
- 베이스 플레이트와, 이 베이스 플레이트로부터 전방으로 소정의 간격으로 이격되는 로드 빔과, 상기 베이스 플레이트 및 상기 로드 빔에 접합되어 소정의 탄성력을 발휘하는 힌지 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 로드 빔은, 상기 힌지 플레이트에 접합되는 제1 폭의 광폭부와, 제1 폭보다 작은 제2 폭으로 상기 광폭부의 전단으로부터 전방으로 연장되어 상기 힌지 플레이트에 접합되는 협폭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로드 빔은, 상기 광폭부의 전단 및 상기 협폭부의 후단의 사이에서 상기 광폭부 및 상기 협폭부에 일체화되어 상기 광폭부로부터 상기 협폭부를 향함에 따라 폭이 좁아지는 보강부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전단에서 헤드 슬라이더를 지지하면서 상기 로드 빔에 접합되어, 상기 광폭부의 후단을 향해 적어도 부분적으로 상기 협폭부의 폭보다 큰 폭으로 넓어지는 모재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광폭부 및 상기 협폭부는 T자 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 베이스 플레이트와, 이 베이스 플레이트로부터 전방으로 소정의 간격으로 이격되는 로드 빔과, 상기 베이스 플레이트 및 상기 로드 빔에 접합되어 소정의 탄성력을 발휘하는 힌지 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 로드 빔은, 상기 힌지 플레이트에 접합되는 제1 폭의 광폭부와, 제1 폭보다 작은 제2 폭으로 상기 광폭부의 전단으로부터 전방으로 연장되어 상기 힌지 플레이트에 접합되는 협폭부를 포함하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리가 내장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기억 장치.
