- 와이어로 피크부와 밸리부를 형성하면서 내부 통로를 갖는 원통 형상의 와이어 구조체를 형성하는 단계;중공부를 갖는 코팅용 보형물로 와이어 구조체의 외부면을 감싸도록 코팅용 보형물을 셋팅하는 단계;코팅용 보형물로 와이어 구조체의 외부면을 감싼 상태에서 코팅물질을 코팅하는 단계;와이어 구조체가 거치용 지그에 의해 수평한 자세로 내부 통로 중심부를 기준으로 회전되는 상태로 코팅물질을 경화시키면서 커버막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 스텐트 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 스텐트 제조방법은, 와이어 구조체에 경사부를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하며,상기 경사부는 상기 원통의 와이어 구조체를 형성할 때 이 와이어 구조체의 단부 둘레를 중심측으로 오므라지도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 코팅용 보형물을 셋팅하는 단계는, 코팅용 보형물의 중공부에 와이어 구조체를 끼워서 상기 중공부의 내벽면 둘레에 의해 와이어 구조체의 외부면이 감싸여지도록 셋팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 커버막을 형성하는 단계는, 코팅용 보형물의 중공부 공간을 통하여 코팅물질을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 커버막을 형성하는 단계는, 와이어 구조체에 코팅한 코팅물질을 유브이 오븐 내부에서 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.

- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 커버막을 형성하는 단계는, 진공펌프의 진공 압력에 의해 유브이 오븐 내부가 진공 분위기인 상태에서 코팅물질을 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스텐트 제조방법.
