Description
Claims (6)
- ステントの製造方法であって、
山部と谷部を有するようにワイヤーを折り曲げることによって、内部通路を持つ円筒状ワイヤー構造を形成する工程と、
前記ワイヤー構造の外側を覆うコーティング成形器を設定する工程と、
中空空間を持つ前記コーティング成形器が前記ワイヤー構造の外側を覆うと同時に、コーティング材で前記ワイヤー構造をコーティングする工程と、
前記ワイヤー構造に塗布された前記コーティング材を硬化することによって被覆膜を形成する工程と、
傾斜を前記ワイヤー構造に形成する工程と、を含み、
前記傾斜が前記円筒状ワイヤー構造の端部をその中心に向かって狭めることによって形成されること、
を特徴とするステントの製造方法。 - 請求項1の方法であって、前記コーティング成形器の設定工程が前記ワイヤー構造を前記コーティング成形器の中空空間内に設定するので、前記ワイヤー構造の外側が前記中空空間の内側によって覆われるようになることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記被覆膜の形成工程がコーティング材を前記コーティング成形器の中空空間を介して適用することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記被覆膜の形成工程が前記ワイヤー構造に塗布されたコーティング材をUVレンジ内で硬化することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記被覆膜の形成工程が配置治具に水平に固定された前記ワイヤー構造をその中心の周りで回転させながら前記コーティング材を硬化することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、前記被覆膜の形成工程が前記UVレンジにおいて、真空ポンプによる真空圧を用いて真空雰囲気下で前記コーティング材を硬化することを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
