Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 제동 패드 캐리어(25)에 연결되어, 레버(1, 31)와, 크로스 바아(6; 33) 및 추력 요크(9; 34)를 경유하여 제동 실린더로부터 제동 패드(28)로 제동력을 전달하기 위한 디스크 제동 기구로서,상기 추력 요크(9; 34)는 상기 크로스 바아(6; 33)의 안내부(6a)가 수용되고, 스크류(7)를 수용하는 중앙 개구를 가지고,상기 추력 요크(9; 34)는, 제동 패드(28)상에 제동력을 배분하기 위해, 상기 개구 영역으로부터 상기 추력 요크(9; 34)의 추력판 후면측을 향해 하향 및 외향으로 대각선 방향으로 형성되는 지주(30; 36)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추력 요크(9)는 제동 패드(28)와 마주하는 추력판의 표면상에 하나 이상의 상승부(27)를 구비하고,상기 지주(30)는 상승부(27)의 영역으로부터 크로스 바아(6)의 안내부(6a)를 향해 경사지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추력 요크(9)는 상기 제동 패드(28)와 마주하는 추력 요크(9)의 표면의 중앙의 교번 측면들상에 배치된 두 개의 상승부(27)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 레버(31)는 비원형 형상의 외면(31a)을 가지고, 상기 외면(31a)은 레버(31)와 크로스 바아(33) 사이에 수납된 두 개의 롤러들(32)과 접하며,상기 롤러들(32)은 상기 크로스 바아(33)의 하나 또는 두 개의 오목부(35)에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크로스 바아(6)의 안내부(6a)의 중앙에 수용된 스플라인형 조절기 샤프트(17)에 조절 기구가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 조절 기구(16)는 부싱(18)에 의해 상기 조절기 샤프트(17)에 부착되고,상기 레버를 안내하기 위해, 상기 부싱(18)상에 안내링(23)이 장착되며,상기 레버(1; 31)는 상기 안내링(23)과 구름 접촉하는 안내면(1b)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 레버(1)의 안내면들(1b) 사이의 거리는 상기 조절 기구(16)의 외경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 추력 요크(9; 34)는 보호 헤더(10), 벨로우즈(11) 및 벨로우즈 클램프(12)를 구비하고,상기 보호 헤더(10)는 추력 요크의 중앙 개구 내에서 스크류와 추력 요크 사이에 위치하며,상기 벨로우즈(11)는 상기 추력 요크(9; 34)를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 제동 기구.
