Claims (6)
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 위치하는 적색, 녹색, 청색의 서브 픽셀들;상기 기판 상에 위치하며, 상기 적색, 녹색, 청색의 서브 픽셀들에 연결된 전원 배선들, 접지 배선들, 데이터 배선들 및 스캔 배선들을 포함하는 신호 배선들; 및상기 신호 배선들에 연결되어 구동신호를 공급하는 구동부를 포함하며,상기 전원 배선들은, 상기 적색 서브 픽셀들에 연결된 제1전원 배선들과, 상기 녹색 서브 픽셀들에 연결된 제2전원 배선들과, 상기 청색 서브 픽셀들에 연결된 제3전원 배선들로 구분되고, 상기 제1,제2 및 제3전원 배선들은 상기 기판의 어느 한쪽 영역에서 상호 구분되어 각각 공통으로 연결된 전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 배선들은,상기 구동부의 반대편 영역에 위치하는 종단 영역에서 상호 구분되어 각각 공통으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1,제2 및 제3전원 배선들은,종단 영역의 길이가 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색, 녹색, 청색의 서브 픽셀들은,각각 하나 이상의 트랜지스터와, 커패시터와, 유기 발광다이오드를 포함하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 트랜지스터는,스위칭 트랜지스터와 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3전원 배선들에 상호 동일한 레벨 또는 서로 다른 레벨의 전원을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광표시장치.
