- 삭제
- 중량%로 C:0.003%이하(0%는 불포함), S:0.003~0.015%, Mn:0.03~0.15%, Cu:0.005~0.2%, Si: 0.10%이하(0%는 불포함), P:0.03~0.2%, Al:0.01~0.08%를 포함하고, 상기 Mn, Cu, S가 조건 0.035≤Mn+Cu≤0.3, 2≤0.5×(Mn+Cu)/S≤20를 만족하고, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 냉연강판을 도금욕인입강판 온도(FCS): 500∼510℃, 도금욕 온도: 455∼465℃, 및 도금욕 조성: 0.12∼0.2%의 Al을 함유하는 용융아연욕의 조건으로 용융아연도금한 후, 합금화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 도금 부착량은 45g/m2을 초과 하도록 하고, 그리고 합금화는 535∼545℃에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 도금 부착량이 60g/m2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 합금화 용 융아연도금강판의 제조방법
