- 원통형상으로서 양단에 제1,제2연통구멍(22a, 22b)을 각각 갖추고, 제1연통구멍(22a)이 작동유체 공급원과 연결된 실린더케이스(22)와;상기 실린더케이스(22)내부에서 제2연통구멍(22b)주위에 밀폐 고정된 원통형상의 기밀부재(24) 및;일단이 상기 기밀부재(24)의 내벽에 고정 지지되고 타측단이 제2연통구멍 (22b)을 통해 연장되어, 상기 작동유체의 압력과 기밀부재(24)의 탄성력의 조합에 의해 왕복이동하도록 된 작동로드(26)를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 기밀부재(24)는 내부에 추가 설치된 탄성복귀스프링(36)으로 탄성력을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동유체의 누설을 방지하는 실린더 장치.
