- 종축(2)을 가지며, 소성 변형 가능한 재료로 이루어지고, 빈 체적(9)을 가진 하나 이상의 홈(5)을 포함하는 공작물(1)을 조립하는 방법에 있어서,상기 공작물(1)의 상기 종축(2)을 교차하는 변형 방향(13)으로 힘이 상기 공작물(1)에 가해져서, 상기 홈(5)의 상기 빈 체적(9)이 압축됨으로써, 상기 공작물(1)이 상기 변형 방향에 직각인 상기 종축(2) 방향을 따라 연결 방향(15)으로 수축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 조립 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물(1)은 튜브 소자(21)로서 형성되며, 그 직경은 소성 변형에 의해 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 조립 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 튜브 소자(21)로서 형성된 상기 공작물(1)이 상기 튜브 소자(21)의 내경보다 작은 외경을 가진 내부 부품(18) 상으로 슬라이딩된 후, 상기 튜브 소자(21)가 공구(12)에 의해 소성 변형됨으로써, 상기 튜브 소자(21)는 상기 내부 부품(18)에 밀착되어 상기 내부 부품에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 조립 방법.
- 폐쇄된 경계를 가진 하나 이상의 홈(5)을 가진 박판 스트립 또는 박판 링(1, 21)으로 구성된, 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 공작물 조립 방법에 따라서 조립되는 공작물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 홈(5)은 상기 홈(5)의 중앙 영역(8)에서보다 큰 빈 체적(9)이 상기 공작물(1, 21)의 스트립형 가장자리 영역(7) 내에 형성되도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물(1)은 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물(1)은 튜브 소자(21)를 형성하고, 상기 튜브 소자(21)는 소성 변형에 의해 하나 이상의 내부 부품(18) 상에 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 부품(18)은 전기 기계의 코일 바디인 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 공작물(1)은 전기 기계용 자기 귀로 소자를 형성하는 튜브 소자(21)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물.
- 코일 바디 및 상기 코일 바디를 원주 방향으로 둘러싸는 자기 귀로 소자를 포함하고, 상기 자기 귀로 소자는 공작물(1, 21)로서 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 상기 코일 바디 상에 조립되는 전기 기계.
