Claims (20)
- 란탄족(III) 킬레이트를 포함하는 입자로 표지화된 특이적 결합 파트너가 흡수된 적어도 하나의 저장소 영역; 및적어도 하나의 화학적 또는 생물학적 성분이 고정되고 저장소 영역에 인접한 흡수막;을 가지며, 분석 대상이 되는 분석물질이 항원, 항체, 핵산 및 하프텐(hapten)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고,존재할 경우, 분석물질은 상기 특이적 결합 파트너와 결합하며,존재할 경우, 상기 화학적 또는 생물학적 성분은 상기 분석물질 또는 상기 분석물질 및 특이적 결합 파트너의 조합과 결합하는, 분석물질 검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 란탄족(III) 킬레이트가 유로퓸(III), 테르븀(III), 사마륨(III) 또는 디스프로슘(III)의 킬레이트 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 분석물질 검출 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 화학적 성분은 항원, 항체, 핵산, 비오틴 또는 비오틴 유사체, 스트렙타비딘, 아비딘 및 하프텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분석물질 검출 장치는 측면 흐름 포맷 장치(lateral flow assay format apparatus)인 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 따른 장치에 다량의 샘플을 사용하는 단계를 포함하고, 샘플은 화학반응이 일어나는 흡수막으로 이동하며, 신호의 존재가 분석물질이 샘플 내에 존재한다는 것을 나타내는 분석물질의 존재를 결정 또는 검출하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,신호는 상기 분석물질과 착물을 이루는 입자 내의 란탄족(III) 킬레이트에 의해 발생되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,란탄족(III) 킬레이트는 입자당 30,000 - 1,000,000개의 유로퓸(III) 킬레이트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,란탄족(III) 킬레이트는 유로퓸(III), 테르븀(III), 사마륨(III) 또는 디스프로슘(III)의 킬레이트 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,샘플은 생물학적 샘플인 방법.
