Claims (20)

- 제 1 항에 있어서,분석물질은 항원, 항체, 핵산 및 하프텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,특이적 결합 파트너는 항원, 항체, 핵산, 비오틴 또는 비오틴 유사체, 스트렙타비딘, 아비딘 및 하프텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 화학적 성분은 항원, 항체, 핵산, 비오틴 또는 비오틴 유사체, 스트렙타비딘, 아비딘 및 하프텐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,분석물질 검출 장치는 측면 흐름 포맷 장치(lateral flow assay format apparatus)인 분석물질 검출 장치.
- 제 1 항에 따른 장치에 다량의 샘플을 사용하는 단계를 포함하여 샘플 내의 분석물질의 존재를 결정하는 방법으로서, 만일 하나의 분석물질이 샘플 내에 존재하면, 샘플은 화학 반응이 일어나는 흡수막으로 이동하고, 신호의 존재는 분석물질이 샘플 내에 존재한다는 것을 나타내는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,신호는 희토류 킬레이트에 의해 발생되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,희토류 킬레이트는 란탄족(III) 킬레이트인 방법.
