Claims (30)
- 천연(natural) 생물학적 막 및 천연 단백질 환경 유사(simulating) 트리-블록 공중합체 매트릭스; 및막/단백질 복합체(composite)를 형성하도록 상기 매트릭스 내로 봉입된 세포 막 단백질들을 포함하며,상기 세포 막 단백질들은 유전적으로 조작된 단백질을 포함하고 있는 생체유사 막(biomimetic membrane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터(water filter).
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세포 막 단백질의 기능은 밸브, 채널, 센서, 검출기(detector), 펌프, 및 에너지 변환기(transducer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세포 막 단백질들은 아쿠아포린(auaporin) 계열의 단백질로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전적으로 조작된 단백질들은 독성 물질과 결합하고 독성 물질의 농도가 높을 경우 흐름을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 물 불투과성(impermeable)이고, 상기 세포 막 단백질은 압력 하에서 물 분자의 통과를 위해 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 장치를 첫 번째 챔버(chamber)와 두 번째 챔버로 분리하기 위하여 물 정제 장치 내 지원되고(supported), 상기 세포 막 단백질은 챔버들 사이로 단지 물만 흐르도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.

- 제8항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(아크릴아마이드) 및 졸-겔(sol-gel)을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 생체적합(biocompatible) 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.

- 제1항에 있어서,두 가지 다른 막 단백질들은 상기 매트릭스에 봉입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 세포 막 단백질들은 에너지 전환 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 얇은 직물(fabric)에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 세포 막 단백질들은 광학 에너지를 전기 에너지로 전환하기 위하여 상기 매트릭스에 삽입된 박테리오로돕신(bacteriorodopsin) 및 사이토크롬 옥시다제(cytochrome oxydase)인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리(아크릴아마이드) 및 졸-겔(sol-gel)을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 생체적합(biocompatible) 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 막은 상기 전기 에너지를 받기 위하여 상기 직물의 반대편들에 첫 번째 전극 및 두 번째 전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 생체태양 전지를 생산하도록 배열된(oriented) 박테리오로돕신 및 사이토크롬 옥시다제를 수용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 막은 상기 매트릭스의 반대편들에 전극들을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스는 양성자 불투과성인 생체적합 고분자인 것을 특징으로 하는 물 필터.
- 트리-블록 공중합체 매트릭스; 및상기 매트릭스에 삽입된 첫 번째 및 두 번째 다른 세포 막 단백질들을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치는 얇은 직물(fabric) 물질을 더 포함하고, 상기 매트릭스는 상기 직물에 끼워진(embedded) 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 세포 막 단백질은 천연 생물학적 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 단백질은 빛 에너지를 전기 에너지로 전환하기 위한 박테리오로돕신 및 사이토크롬 옥시다제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치는 상기 전기 에너지를 받기 위하여 상기 직물의 반대편들에 전극들을 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 유기/무기 동력 변환 장치.
