Description
SoPIP2;1アクアポリンは、Karlsson et al. FEBS Lett 537, 68−72, 2003により説明されるように、過剰発現および精製された。
水ろ過のための異なる種類の工業膜において、組み換えアクアポリン分子を組み込む可能性が調査されている。ここでは、新規なナノバイオ技術的な水膜技術(water membrane technology)の開発のためのモデルとして、その性質が用いられ得る。試験的な膜システムが、3つの適用:水精製適用、海洋エネルギー適用(塩分勾配エネルギー)および工業廃水の再生(reclamation)および再利用のための適用、のために開発され得る。
Claims (5)
- 配列番号:2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有する、恒常的に開いたC末端Hisタグ付きのアクアポリンを含む、水精製のための膜。
- 汚れた水を受け取るための第一のチェンバーに接続された入口、およびきれいな水を分配するための第二のチェンバーに接続された出口、ならびに第一と第二のチェンバーの間に配置された、請求項1に記載の膜を含む水を精製する膜を含む、水を精製するための装置。
- 水を精製するための、請求項1に記載の膜、または請求項2に記載の装置の使用。
- 請求項1に記載の膜を製造する方法であって:
恒常的に開いた、配列番号:2に記載のアミノ酸配列を有する、Hisタグ付きのアクアポリンを製造する段階;および
該アクアポリンを膜に組み込む段階
を含む、方法。 - 水を精製する方法であって:
請求項1に記載の膜を提供する段階;および
精製された水を提供するために、精製される予定の水を、該膜に通過させる段階
を含む、方法。
