Abstract

본 발명은 복근운동, 팔운동 등의 목적으로 바닥에서 구름운동 가능한 운동기구를 양손으로 파지하고 무릎을 꿇은 상태에서 엎드려서 전후로 밀고 당기면서 운동을 실시하는 운동기구에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 복근운동, 팔운동 등의 목적으로 바닥에서 구름운동 가능한 운동기구를 양손으로 파지하고 무릎을 꿇은 상태에서 엎드려서 전후로 밀고 당기면서 운동을 실시하는 운동기구에 관한 것이다.
상기한 바와 같은 기존기술에 관련된 기존의 복근운동기구는 "ABC슬라이더"라는 상품명으로 널리 알려져 있다.
그러나 상기한 바의 기존의 복근운동기구는 사용시에 상기 전후로 밀고 당기는 운동의 속도를 조절하거나 강약을 조절할시에는 사용자의 복근에 의존하거나 미리 운 동기구를 세팅을 하는 수 밖에 없으며, 운동 도중에 임의로 조절하기 난이한 점이 있다.
또한, 양팔이 상기 기존의 복근운동기구에 고정되어 일체가 된채로 운동을 시행하게 되므로 운동효과가 효율적이지 못한 점이 있다.
본 발명은 복근력 등을 단련하기 위해 바닥에서 구름운동 가능한 운동기구를 양팔로 파지하고서 전후로 밀고 당김에 있어서,
운동도중에 운동의 속도 및 복근에 하중을 주는 정도의 강약을 임의로 조절해 나가면서, 양팔의 상반된 운동을 겸하여 할 수 있는 수단을 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 역기 또는 아령과 같은 중력 운동기구의 역할을 겸할 수 있게 하고자 하며 상기 중력 운동기구의 역할을 겸함에 있어 기존과는 다른 특수한 운동효과를 부여하고자 한다.
본 발명의 제1실시례를 도1을 참조하여 개시하면:
소정의 면적 및 소정의 두께를 보유하는 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형의 구름판(10);
사용자가 좌측손으로 파지할 수 있는 좌측 핸들부(20L) 및 사용자가 우측손으로 파지할 수 있는 우측 핸들부(20R);
상기 핸들부(20L, 20R)는 상기 구름판의 중심(11)에 비껴나도록 편심되면서 상기 구름판의 좌측면(12L)에 상기 좌측 핸들부가 그리고 상기 구름판의 우측면(12R)에 상기 우측 핸들부가 상기 구름판의 중심을 기준으로 상호 대칭되도록 부착, 결합하 여 구비된다.
본 발명의 제2실시례를 도2를 참조하여 개시하면:
소정의 면적 및 소정의 두께를 보유하는 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형의 좌측 구름판(10L) 및 소정의 면적 및 소정의 두께를 보유하는 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형의 우측 구름판(10R);
사용자가 좌측손으로 파지할 수 있는 좌측 핸들부(20L) 및 사용자가 우측손으로 파지할 수 있는 우측 핸들부(20R), 를 포함하는 크랭크(C);
상기 좌측 구름판 및 상기 우측 구름판은 상기 구름판의 각 면(12)이 상호 마주보도록 병렬로 정렬되고, 상기 크랭크의 좌단(CL)은 상기 좌측 구름판(10L)의 우측면(12LR)에 그리고 상기 크랭크의 우단(20R)은 상기 우측 구름판(10R)의 좌측면(12RL)에 결합되어 고정된다.
상기 구름판의 외주는 바닥에서 구름운동시에 슬립(Slip)을 방지할 수 있는 고무 등의 슬립방지부재(30)로 도포하는 것이 바람직하며;
상기 핸들부에는 핸들커버(21)를 회전가능하게 씌워서 사용자가 상기 핸들부를 파지하고 크랭크(Crank)운동시킬 시에 사용자의 손과 상기 핸들부와의 마찰을 방지한다.
도3(가)에서 상기 구름판의 형태는 원형, 타원형 또는 다각형(K) 등의 형태를 도입 해서 진동 등의 요소를 부여할 수 있으므로 이 경우 운동시에 재미를 증가 시킬 수 있다.
역기 또는 아령과 같은 중력 운동기구를 대용하여 운동시에 운동강도를 높이기 위하여,
도3(나)에서 상기 구름판에는 보조 중력판(40)을 결합시킬 수 있으며 상기 보조 중력판은 상기 구름판의 측면에 요홈(41), 걸고리(42)와 같은 탈착수단을 마련하고 탈착식으로 고정할 수 있게 한다.
도4에서 사용자는 본 발명의 운동기구를 사용함에 있어서,
구름판(10)측에 크랭크 형태로 부착된 손잡이(20L, 20R)를 좌우측 손(H)이 상호 상반되도록 크랭크운동을 하면서 상기 구름판의 구름 속도를 조절할 수 있고 따라서, 팔(A)운동을 겸하면서, 복근에 가해지는 하중을 조절할 수 있으며, 상기 운동기구가 사용자의 몸중심에서 원거리가 될 때 몸중심으로 다시 복귀시키기위한 별도의 스프링과 같은 복귀수단을 필요치 않으므로 구조를 간단하게 할 수 있다.
또한, 역기 또는 아령과 같은 운동기구의 수단으로 사용할 수 있고 이와 관련해서 공중에서 양팔을 크랭크운동시키면서 역기, 아령의 운동를 겸할 수 있으므로 다양한 운동효과를 창출할 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 구름판;
    좌측 핸들부 및 우측 핸들부;
    상기 핸들부는 상기 구름판의 중심에 편심되면서 상기 구름판의 좌측면에 상기 좌측 핸들부가 그리고 상기 구름판의 우측면에 상기 우측 핸들부가 상호 대칭되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  2. 좌측 구름판 및 우측 구름판;
    좌측 핸들부 및 우측 핸들부를 포함하는 크랭크;
    상기 좌측 구름판 및 우측 구름판은 병렬로 정렬되고, 상기 크랭크의 좌단은 상기 좌측 구름판의 우측면에 그리고 상기 크랭크의 우단은 상기 우측 구름판의 좌측면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 구름판의 외주는 슬립방지부재로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 핸들부는 회전가능한 핸들커버가 씌워져 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 구름판은 타원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  6. 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 구름판은 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 구름판에는 보조 중력판을 결합시킬 수 있으며 상기 보조 중력판은 상기 구름판의 측면에 탈착식으로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크랭크운동기구
