Abstract

본 발명은 복근을 강화화거나, 뱃살을 빼는 기구에 관한 것이며 더욱 구체적으로는, 복근운동이나 팔운동을 목적으로 양손으로 파지하고 무릎을 꿇은 상태에서 엎드려서 전후로 밀고 당기는 복근운동기구에 관한 것이다. 따라서 팔운동도 겸할 수 있다.
